It is your event, so the entertainment should be the way you want it.   We tailor our music selections to fit your event and your guests based on our planning interview with you, how you filled-in our event planning forms, and how the event is unfolding.   We make every effort to recognize the different moods and special moments that occur during your event and play music to enhance those moments.   We call this, "Reading the Crowd".   We won't blast-out rap music while your guests are dining and we won't spoil the dancing mood with a boring selection either.

Most events have guests of different age groups and with different music tastes.   We pride ourselves on being alert and versatile which allows us to please all attending.

Should you look for the cheapest DJ in town or should you hire the best DJ available for your special event?   A high priced DJ does not automatically equal great entertainment.   No matter who you choose as your Disc Jockey remember the sayings, "if it sounds too good to be true" or "you get what you pay for".   If a DJ quotes you a super low price for an event, most likely it's just apart time hobby for them to pick up a few extra bucks on the weekend.   A full time professional DJ service will spend many hours preparing for you event.   There is so much that goes into putting together professional entertainment for a wedding reception and it's not just something that you can show up and wing on the weekends.   Big Show Productions takes your event very seriously and will take the time to ensure your needs are met, from start to finish.

Appropriate use of the microphone is very important, our Disc Jockey will make all the necessary announcements in a professional manner and then put the microphone down.   Our low key DJ's will not be out on the dance floor begging guests to dance, or interrupting your guests with unnecessary banter, unless you specifically request them to do so.   From years of experience we know that if great music is being played it speaks for itself.

To reserve a specific date we require a completed Entertainment Agreement with a $200.00 deposit.

In the unlikely circumstances that you must cancel your event, you will be given a full refund if we receive 30 days written notice prior to the scheduled event date.
