Big Show Productions is owned by Donnie Beck and employs one DJ - DJ Nick.  DJ Nick and I have been working together for around 14 years now and we have never missed a gig.  When you book us, you get Nick as the MC, you also get Donnie to run the sound, lighting, and help coordinate the evening.

I know the wedding you're planning is a big deal to you, it is to us as well.  That is the reason I only have one DJ, I feel that if I had several DJ's doing several events, I would not be able to control the quality.  As an independant owner / operator, I can make strong claims and stick with them.

Before I share with you what we offer, let me tell you what we are NOT:

We are not Techno or House DJ's that spin records with our elbows.

We do not sing, dance, or pull people off their chairs to get them on the dance floor.

Nick will not comment on your sexy legs, or encourage the groom to remove your garter with his teeth.

We do not play music with obviously obscene lyrics (gangsta rap, bitches and ho's come to mind).

I do not have 15 different packages to choose from, if you book us, you get the best.

I do not hang giant signs or banners on my table, or try to pimp my business to your guests.

Below are a few of the things we do offer that set us apart from other DJ companies:

You will deal with Donnie or Nick from the first meeting to the last dance. No middle man, no confusion.

We will be at your event at least 1.5 hours before it starts. No excuses, in fact, we are usually set up 45 - 60 minutes before the scheduled start time.

You will hear all of your requested music, and none of your do-not-play list.

You will hear all of the announcements CLEARLY, not crackles and pops.  You will also hear all the names pronounced corectly.

We will be professional all night, and will NOT be drinking your alchohol.

We will be dressed in appropriate attire, dress pants, tux shirt, black vest, black tie.

You will hear from us one week before your reception to go over the details.

Some strange DJ won't show up at your event, if you book Big Show, you get Nick -period.

You will get 7 day a week access to my cell phone, for those questions that can't wait.  I will help you with any wedding related question you may have (except for who to marry).  If I miss your call, leave me a message, I WILL call you back.
